Bamidele oversees the construction of our projects, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, maintaining quality assurance, and supervising the testing and commissioning phases. With more than eight years of substantial experience in the renewable energy sector, he has worked across various facets of the solar industry, delivering cost-effective solutions and implementing a rapid project execution strategy.

 

He has a distinguished track record, having successfully overseen the completion of over 7 MWp of solar power generation capacity in diverse system architectures, including Grid-Tied, DC, AC, and DC-AC Coupled setups. Before his tenure at Empower New Energy, he was the Head of Technical Delivery at Arnergy Solar Limited in Lagos, Nigeria.

Bamidele holds a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, and is also a member of the Nigerian Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers.
