Sayo Kituzi is an Asset Management Assistant in the Asset Management, Operations, and Maintenance team. She plays a key role in overseeing the performance, operations, and maintenance of operational assets, ensuring that our projects run efficiently and effectively.

 

Sayo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Renewable Energy and Environmental Physics from Jomo Kenyatta University. Her professional background includes a strong understanding of renewable energy technologies, with a particular focus on solar systems and sustainable energy practices. She is skilled in asset performance monitoring, data analysis, and problem-solving to optimize system efficiency.

 

Sayo’s passion for renewable energy began during her time at university, where she was a founding member and served as the Publicity Secretary for the JKUAT Chapter of Student Energy, an international organisation dedicated to advancing a sustainable energy future. In this role, she was instrumental in raising awareness and promoting sustainable energy practices among students and the wider community. As part of the club, she helped secure funding for the purchase and installation of a Solar PV plant at a local primary school, directly contributing to the community’s shift to cleaner energy.
